Why vendors like this one

The Mistletoe Market is a free, family-friendly holiday event hosted by the Tampa Bay Pride Band. Alongside your booth there are pictures with Santa, ornament decorating and hot chocolate, plus live music from the TBPB Jazz Band, the Barrington Middle School Jazz Band and the singers from Collins K-8.

When the market closes at 5:00pm, the Tampa Bay Symphonic Winds holiday concert begins in the sanctuary, so you get a second wave of foot traffic in the final hour as concert guests arrive.

To be clear, since it comes up often: we are not able to provide tables, chairs, tents or electricity. Please plan to bring everything you need.

Before you register

Insurance. You will need a certificate of general liability insurance with at least $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate, naming Tampa Bay Pride Band, Inc. and Seminole Heights UMC as additional insured. Your insurer can usually issue this within a day at no charge. You will upload it on the form.
Tents must be weighted, not staked. Please plan for at least 25 lb per leg. We cannot allow stakes in the ground.
No electricity on site. If you need power, bring a quiet inverter generator. Loud generators cannot be used near the performances.
Setup and teardown. All vehicles must be off the field by 12:30pm. We will email your setup window once it is confirmed with the venue. Please keep your booth open until we close at 5:00pm, since our concert follows right after and early teardown is disruptive.
Food trucks. You will be asked for your mobile food license or county health permit, your unit length, and which side your service window opens on.
What you can sell. Sell what you describe on your registration. No weapons, fireworks, alcohol, or cannabis and CBD products for consumption. We are a non-profit and all-inclusive organization, and all vendors are expected to make every guest welcome.

There is no electricity available at the market. If you need power you must bring your own generator, and it must be a quiet inverter model. Loud contractor generators cannot be used because of the live music.

I will arrive within the setup window and be set up by 12:30pm, and keep my booth open and staffed until the market closes at 5pm. I understand the Pride Band's winter concert follows the market and that early teardown is not permitted.

Vendor terms, Tampa Bay Pride Band Holiday Market

Fee and space. The fee is $50 for a 10 x 10 vendor booth and $70 for a food truck or trailer space. The fee is due with this application and covers the space only.
Acceptance. Submitting this application and paying the fee does not guarantee a space. We review every application and keep a balance of vendor categories. If we cannot fit you, or if your category is already full, we will refund your fee in full.
Cancellation. Cancel on or before December 1 and we will refund your fee in full. After that date the fee is non refundable, because we have already committed to our costs.
Rain or shine. The market runs in ordinary weather. If we have to cancel for severe weather or another reason outside our control, fees are not refunded. We are a volunteer run nonprofit and our costs are spent well before market day.
Insurance. You must carry general liability insurance of at least $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 general aggregate, and provide a certificate naming Tampa Bay Pride Band, Inc. and Seminole Heights UMC as additional insured. Your certificate must be on file before December 1 or your space will be released.
Your setup. You provide your own tent, weights, tables, chairs and signage. Tents must be weighted at all four legs. Stakes are not permitted. Nothing may be attached to buildings, fences, trees or landscaping.
Power. There is no electricity on site. Generators must be quiet inverter models. We may ask you to shut down a generator that interferes with the performances.
Setup and teardown. Arrive within the setup window we email you once the venue confirms it, have your vehicle off the field by 12:30pm, and keep your booth staffed until we close at 5:00pm. Please do not tear down early. Our winter concert begins right after the market.
What you sell. Sell what you described on this application. No weapons, no fireworks, no alcohol, no cannabis or CBD products for consumption, and nothing that promotes hate or discrimination. This is a Pride organization event and all vendors are expected to make every guest welcome.
Your own business. You are responsible for your own sales, sales tax, permits, licenses and cash handling. Tampa Bay Pride Band does not take a percentage of your sales.
Clean up. Leave your space as you found it and take your trash and any grease or cooking waste with you.
Liability. You participate at your own risk. You agree to hold harmless Tampa Bay Pride Band, Inc., Seminole Heights UMC, and their board members, volunteers and staff from any claim, loss, injury or damage arising from your participation, your booth, your equipment or your products. You are responsible for your own property. We do not provide overnight security.
Removal. We may ask a vendor to leave for unsafe setup, selling something not described here, or treating guests, volunteers or other vendors badly. No refund in that case.
